Caring for others can be a strangely solitary job. Caregivers who work with the elderly and infirm in their homes do not have much interaction with other co-workers; in fact, often their only non-client interaction is with administrative personnel for scheduling purposes.
The Hummingbird Thanking Loyal Caregivers (TLC) Program is designed to reach out to each and every one of our caregivers throughout the year to show our appreciation and praise them for the work that they do – not only for us, but for our clients. It will also allow them opportunities to meet and talk with other caregivers in a fun, relaxed setting.
The TLC program will feature:
- Seasonal meet and greet events for all team members
- Incentives and giveaways
- Fundraising opportunities for the Alzheimer Association
