Caring for others can be a strangely solitary job. Caregivers who work with the elderly and infirm in their homes do not have much interaction with other co-workers; in fact, often their only non-client interaction is with administrative personnel for scheduling purposes.

The Hummingbird Thanking Loyal Caregivers (TLC) Program┬áis designed to reach out to each and every one of our caregivers throughout the year to show our appreciation and praise them for the work that they do – not only for us, but for our clients. It will also allow them opportunities to meet and talk with other caregivers in a fun, relaxed setting.

The TLC program will feature:

  • Seasonal meet and greet events for all team members
  • Incentives and giveaways
  • Fundraising opportunities for the Alzheimer Association
